The 5th annual Our Manitoba Calendar Contest is a partnership between Sunrise Credit Union, the Art Gallery of Southwestern Manitoba, and Keywest Photo in the truest for of community spirit! There were nearly 400 entrants in this year's contest with over 10,000 online votes to decide on the top winners for the 2019 calendar. Beautiful images and a great evening had by all at the AGSM!

This press conference was another great initiative by the Brandon United Way. They have recruited volunteers from some certified trades along with some community volunteers in an attempt to revitalize local community centres. Some community centres are starting to show their age and need attention, so this will provide a much needed boost for the micro-communities that the centres serve.
