We can't wait to see you at the 5th Annual Fusion Credit Union Westman Lip Sync Battle on Thursday, May 16th, 2024!!

This event is like no other! Not only is it a great opportunity to let your hair down (or put on a wig) and show off your showmanship, but it's a great exercise in team building, healthy competition, community support at many levels, and of course it's just a great time!!

When you support this event as a participant or a spectator, you are supporting crucial United Way Brandon programming such as...

Tools For School – New School Supplies are given to 22 schools in the Brandon School Division.

Coats For Kids – We collect gently used winter coats, have them cleaned and then distribute them to the Brandon Schools to ensure students have a warm coat in the cold Manitoba Winters

Summer of Service (July – September) - Students are given the opportunity to volunteer within the community by completing a total of 110 hours, and may receive a credit that can be put toward graduation. Youth that are given opportunities to grow without boundaries are less likely to engage in risky behaviours, and more likely to build friendship and create goals for their future.

FEYA – Financially Empowering Young Adults – This new program is designed to help young working adults with the rising costs of groceries. If applicants meet all requirements they are eligible to receive a $100-$200.00 Superstore gift card.

• Early bird team entry fee is $300.00 before December 31^st, and $350 after December 31^st.

• Registration is first come, first serve basis - Team entry fee includes 4 tickets (tickets may be purchased for additional members at $30.00 each).

• Registration fee includes poutine bar, charitable tax receipt (for value less cost of food).

• Performance groups must be no more than 8 participants.

• Performers are encouraged to use props and costumes, but not necessary.

• Songs will be professionally edited down in length to approximately 2:00 - 2:30 mins.

• In case of explicit lyrics, songs will be radio friendly edits, appropriate for all audiences.

• We ask multi-song combos (mashups) be avoided in order to accommodate professional edit and preparation time, one song choice must be submitted no later than April 15, 2024.

• Registration Fee along with this form must be in United Way office by Monday, March 15, 2024.

• All teams must be at dress rehearsal on the evening of Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at times to be determined (between 5pm - 9:30pm).

• All teams will be photographed/recorded as part of future promotion of this event
