Babies & newborns

If your baby is sleeping when you arrive, let them sleep.

We lay your baby on their back and gently wake them. Agencies require eyes open and mouth closed, and the best moment is the short window right after waking — before the fussing starts. A rested, calm baby makes it quick and easy.
